financing application updates, requests for documentation, account or transaction
information, payment reminders, customer service communications, and marketing or

Consent to one LendFirm SMS program does not automatically constitute consent to
another LendFirm SMS program.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of
obtaining financing, purchasing goods or services, or otherwise doing business with LendFirm.
