b) To receiving electronic versions of certain records in connection with your transactions with LendFirm® (referred to in this Consent Statement as “Records”). These electronic records are those which may be used to provide or make available certain written consumer information to which you are legally entitled, and these electronic Records may be delivered via any number of means, including embedded links providing secure access to a consumer portal on this website. We may expand the scope of the records that we provide to you electronically. Your consent also permits us to deliver all of these types of Records electronically at any time we initiate electronic delivery. Once we initiate electronic delivery, you will not receive paper copies of these records, to the extent permitted by law.

You will have two ways to do this: (a) You will be allowed to print at the time of signature or by logging in to your account; and (b) if you are unable to do so or want to be sure you have a duplicate of the Record, you will be able to call Customer Service and request one, which will be provided to you at no charge.
